Karina Kudymova obtained her Master of Fine Arts degree in 1992 from the Stroganoff School of Arts in Moscow, Russia. In 1993-1994 she recieved practical training at the Hamburg School of Fine Arts in Germany. Karina is a graphic artist with strong background and expertise in traditional arts (drawing, painting, sculpture), she also worked as an art director, illustrator and graphic designer. Karina has special interest in ceramic arts. She participaed in the first and the second international simposia on ceramics and she currently works on the adaptation of Meditiranian tradition to contemporary ceramic painting. She now lives in Sunnyvale, CA with her husband and two daughters. |
